Booking
These can be made by contacting us directly via telephone, email, Facebook or via the website. Please see contact details. We require a deposit to confirm a booking, at the moment we only accept BACS transfer. The balance needs to be paid 2 weeks prior to your scheduled stay. No booking is confirmed until a deposit is received and we have the right to terminate a booking if the balance is not received 2 weeks prior to your stay. We appreciate people have busy lives and can forget about payment dates, so we will attempt to contact a guest to arrange payment prior to cancelling a booking. Please can guests ensure they pay the balance by the due date provided on their initial booking letter.
Arrival
Your room will be available from 3pm on day of arrival. Check-in is between 3 & 6pm. If you require a later check-in, please contact us to discuss your requirements. On the rare occasion that neither Gwyn or Julie are available at the initial check-in we will make alternate provisions for this.
Keys
1 set of keys per room will be provided at check-in. These are the responsibility of the guests and must only be used by those staying in the Guesthouse. Theses must be returned on the morning of departure. Failure to return the keys for whatever reason will incur a charge of £50 for replacements.
Rooms
The facilities in the Guesthouse are for the use of guests named in the booking and not to be shared with guests from the campsite. We have taken the decision not provide a daily room cleaning service for your stay although we are quite happy to carry this out as and when required. Each room has facilities to make tea and coffee, fresh bedding, towels and a hairdryer. If replacements are needed please don't hesitate to ask and these will be replaced. There is also an iron and ironing board available upon request.
Liability
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to you or any member of your party, your vehicle or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or employees whilst acting in the course of their employment.
Departure
Please be ready to vacate your room by 10:30 so we can then prepare the room for future guests. If you require a late check-out please ask, we will only be able to allow this if the room is not required for another guest that same day, there will be a charge for this.
Cancellation and Refunds
Please let us know straight away if you are unable to use your booking. A refund of the amount paid, minus the non-refundable deposit, will be given up to 7 days before the date of arrival. If you cancel within 7 days, we will not be able to issue a refund. In each case, a nominal arrival time of 1700hrs will be used. We advise all customers to ensure they have valid insurance to cover costs if they are unable to travel.
Covid-19
If you are unable to travel due to Covid the refund policy stated above will apply. Please ensure you have travel insurance to cover such eventuality. If your booking is unable to go ahead because WE have been advised to close because of Government restrictions, a full refund will be available. See our website for full terms and conditions.
Smoking
It is against the law to smoke anywhere within the premises. This includes doorways and out of open windows. Any guest found smoking in the vicinity maybe be asked to leave and a charge of £50 incurred for deep cleaning.
Animals
We do not allow any animals to stay in the Guesthouse other than Assistance Dogs. These are allowed but must be booked in advance.
Damage and Breakages
Please report any breakages or damage immediately. A charge maybe incurred.
WI-FI
We endeavour to ensure an uninterrupted service is provided free of charge throughout your stay, Unfortunately we can't be held liable for any interruption beyond our control. Password provided upon check-in, this is for the sole use of B&B Guests only and must not be shared with anyone outside of the B&B, including Campsite guests. Please ensure the service is used in the correct manner.
Parking
Car parking is available onsite during your stay, we advise house guests to park on the drive to the right of the house as you enter the driveway. We would be grateful if vehicles could be parked as close to the hedge as possible, to avoid blocking the driveway as this is also the entrance for the campsite. Whilst we try to ensure vehicles are safe whilst on the premises we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss of belongings caused by a third party.
Occasionally, there maybe space for guests walking the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path to leave vehicles on site and to then collect at the end of their holiday. This is only by prior arrangement and at the discretion of the management, there will be a daily charge of £8 per vehicle payable on check-in. Whilst we endeavour to ensure safe keeping of your vehicle, we would like to point out that guests leaving their cars, do so at their own risk.
Concerns
If you have a complaint or any concerns during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible so we can respond immediately. Gwyn and Julie live onsite and so can be contacted at the house or campsite. Occasionally if they are not onsite then they can be contacted via the mobile number. We do encourage all guests to be mindful to others, guests and staff. Anyone displaying behaviour of a nature deemed to be unacceptable may have their booking terminated and will be asked to leave with no refund of monies paid.

BOOKING
Pitches on the campsite may be booked directly with us via telephone or email, or online via our partners at PitchUp.com. Pitches are offered on a first come, first served basis, and can be secured by payment of a 15% deposit (by BACS for direct customers). The remaining balance may be paid by BACS at the time of booking or at any time before arrival. Any outstanding balance must be paid on arrival.
ARRIVAL
You are welcome to book in at any time after 2pm (1400hrs) and before 8pm (2000hrs) on the day of arrival. No arrivals permitted before 2pm or after 10pm (2200hrs). Our site is unlit, so please check the time of sunset and aim to arrive before last light. Early or late arrivals by prior arrangement only. Checkout time on day of departure is 11am.
PITCHES
You will be shown to your pitch on arrival by a member of staff. Please pitch within the area indicated to you. Where possible, your unit, any awnings and your vehicle should be contained within your pitch. If that is not possible due to the space taken up by your unit, your vehicle may be parked across the front of your pitch, so long as it does not obstruct access to neighbouring pitches. We do not guarantee that you will be able to park next to your pitch on all occasions.
Most of our pitches have a slight slope and/or surface undulations. Please bring suitable blocks or ramps to level your unit.
Price includes 1 x unit/pitch (tent or caravan + awning or motorhome + awning), up to 2 x adults, up to 2 x children (under age of 17), up to 2 x dogs, and one vehicle(eg. car). Extras, including trailers and an extra vehicle, are chargeable, call us for price, and must be pre-booked.
PLEASE NOTE pitches are a maximum of 8m x 8m. If your unit when erected, including awnings, extensions and guy lines measures more than 8m in length or width, it will not fit on our pitches. You may be asked to pay for a second pitch, if one is available, or in extreme circumstances, offered a refund, minus deposit, for you to find an alternative campsite.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

COVID19
In case of illness due to Covid-19 the above cancellation policy will apply. Guests are advised to obtain appropriate travel insurance to cover any losses. However, if you are unable to travel due to Official travel restrictions, or campsite closure, a full refund of money paid will be available.
SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted in the campsite buildings or facilities.
ANIMALS
Dogs are permitted on site, but must be on a lead at all times. Maximum of 2 dogs per pitch. Owners must clean up after their pets, and place waste in the bin provided near the recycling point.
Dangerous or prohibited breeds are not allowed on site.
DAMAGE
Any accidental damage to campsite or facilities must be reported to staff immediately. A charge may be made against anyone found to have caused deliberate damage, and they may be asked to leave the site with no refund offered.
WIFI
There is currently no wifi provided on the campsite. Mobile data and tv signal are strongest toward the 'house' end of the site.
PARKING/Extra vehicles and trailers.
The primary vehicle will be, where possible, parked on or close to your pitch. At busy periods, you may be directed to park elsewhere on the campsite. During inclement weather the lower part of the site can become too soft for vehicles, and a temporary parking area may be assigned to you by staff. Only one car is included per pitch. Additional vehicles are charged at a rate of £5.00/night and must be pre-booked. Any additional vehicles not pre-booked may be asked to park off-site. Vehicles must not be parked near the entrance of the campsite or on Glebe Lane as access is required by farm vehicles and the emergency services at all times.
TRAILERS
Trailers up to 2m in length (including tow-hitch) are allowed as long as they are parked within your pitch. Trailers over 2m in length must be pre-booked, and are charged at £5/night. Trailers 4m or longer are not allowed on site.
ADDITIONAL
Open fires/fire pits burning anything other than charcoal and not permitted.
Gazebos, event-tents, pup tents or similar are not permitted unless agreed in advance with site owners.
Due to fire safety regulations, pitches must not be joined together by awnings, fly sheets or windbreaks. Guests using such items will be asked to be remove them by staff if deemed unsafe.
MEDICAL EMERGENCIES
If you are unfortunate enough to need to call '999' for a medical or other emergency at any time during your stay, we request that you also alert campsite staff of your emergency if possible, so that they may assist you until emergency services arrive. Inform staff in person, or call 07735632912 or 01646636243.
CONCERNS
If you have any complaints or concerns whilst at Foxdale Campsite, please make them known straight away to a staff member, so that they may be addressed and if possible rectified immediately.
LIABILITY
The campsite and all its facilities remain private property. Access is provided under permission of the owners, and can be withdrawn at any time. Persons found to be behaving in an unacceptable manner may be asked to vacate their pitch immediately, with no refund offered. No liability for vehicles and property left on site is accepted or implied by the site. Guests are requested to take responsibility for their own safety and security whilst on site.
